This policy explains how agile turtles collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit agileturtles.gr or use our tools. We aim to be specific about who actually processes your data rather than hide behind generic language.
The controller responsible for your personal data is agile turtles, Leontariou 14A, Pallini 15351, Attica, Greece. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, email contact@agileturtles.gr.
Contact details you submit (such as name and email), the contents of any form or tool input you send us, and aggregate, non-identifying usage data (page views, referrer, device and browser type). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
To respond to your inquiry, generate the report you requested, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
For EU/EEA visitors, we rely on these lawful bases under the GDPR: to handle your contact, audit, or sign-up submissions, taking steps at your request prior to a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)); for our cookieless analytics, our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)); and, where a law requires it, to meet a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We use a self-hosted instance of Umami (analytics.agileturtles.gr) for aggregate, cookieless website analytics. It does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a personal profile. We do not use Google Analytics.
When you submit a form or run a tool, your data is processed by the following providers on our behalf:
Slack and OpenAI are based in the United States, so data you send through our forms or the audit tool may be processed outside the EEA under those providers’ own safeguards.
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period of business records afterwards, then delete or anonymize it. Aggregate analytics data is not tied to an identifiable person. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and limit access to it.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will action your request.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
